Is it possible to remove the "1wdgt" label below each widget?

No, this is not something we can control. Apple automatically adds the app's name under each widget. However, as soon as it's possible you can be sure that we will support it!

Is 1wdgt available on the iPad?

Not at the moment. Widgets on iPad are only allowed on one side of the home-screen so it makes less sense for them on the iPad. However, if there's enough requests, this is something it's possible to add in the future.

Is 1wdgt available in other languages?

At the moment only English is supported. The widget data can get very complicated so supporting an additional language is a large task. Depending on user requests and app usage we will consider localizing the app to different languages.

Why does clicking on the widget first open the 1wdgt app, then the right app?

Unfortunately this is because of how Apple widgets work. iOS does not allow widgets to launch apps directly, they can only open the main app. However, if and when Apple changes this requirement, you can be sure that we will support it as soon as possible!

What parts of 1wdgt are free to use?

You can freely download and customize all widgets in the 'Cupertino' pack except for those that contain weather or weather forecasts.

This is because weather data is quite expensive and we would quickly rack up a giant bill with Accuweather.

Subscribe to premium for full access to Weather and all the other packs.

Why is 1wdgt a subscription app?

1wdgt aims to provide on-going value for the life of your subscription. This will include:

• More widget packs

• More types of widgets

• Updating and supporting any yearly iOS updates and features

1wdgt also needs in addition to the actual app:

• Design and new design assets such as

  • Images

  • Fonts

  • Icons

• an entire cloud ecosystem for

• Hosting widget packs

• An API for browsing and downloading widgets

• Tools and services such as subscription management and crash reporting and analytics

• 3rd party data services such as

• Weather + ...more

How do I cancel my subscription?

Apologies that the premium subscription is not working out for you. If there's anything we can do better, please email support@1wdgt.com and let us know.

If you want to cancel, open 1wdgt app, and tap on Settings -> Manage Premium -> Manage Subscription. You will be able to cancel the subscription through App Store's interface.
