Along with having the best library of widgets available on iOS, we take the security and privacy of 1wdgt users very seriously.

Most of the data collected is shown in the widget and immediately deleted on-device. With your permission the widgets may require:

• • Coarse location (GPS coordinate) for weather widgets​​

  • Current Time

  • Current Battery

  • Reminders

  • Calendar Events

  • Health and Fitness Data

Only data required to show on the widgets is requested.

The latest Location, Weather and Health data may be cached on device to make widget updates faster.

No data is shared with another entity with the below exceptions:

• • Location is used to query AccuWeather and is subject to their privacy policy.​

  • Non personal data such as weather for a certain location may be cached on our servers for a few hours to speed up response times for multiple requests.

1wdgt premium subscribers share their billing and payment data with Apple only, and is not available to 1wdgt. In app subscriptions are handled through Revenue Cat. Anonymous data is shared with them and is subject to their privacy policy.

Non personal anonymized aggregate data may be collected (e.g. type and number of widgets installed) in order to improve the app and populate 'most popular widgets' list.

Personally-Identifying Information

1wdgt does not gather or transmit any Personally-Identifying Information outside of your local device. It only stores preferences about the user interface within its local database.

Business Transfers

If 1wdgt, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that 1wdgt goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, 1wdgt may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at 1wdgt's sole discretion. Your continued use of this app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
